Easy Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients
Makes 12 chicken wings
- 12 precut chicken wings without the tips
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper to taste
- Frank's Red Hot Wings
Method
- Sprinkle both sides of the wings with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Place wings on a baking pan with foil. Broil 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes on each side, until chicken is tender and no longer pink.
- In a large bowl, mix some Frank's red hot wings sauce with the wings. Adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
- Serve the wings with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
