Easy Buffalo Chicken Wings


Ingredients
Makes 12 chicken wings

  • 12 precut chicken wings without the tips
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste
  • Frank's Red Hot Wings


Method

  1. Sprinkle both sides of the wings with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  2. Place wings on a baking pan with foil. Broil 5 inches from the heat for about 10 minutes on each side, until chicken is tender and no longer pink. 
  3. In a large bowl, mix some Frank's red hot wings sauce with the wings. Adjust the spiciness according to your taste.
  4. Serve the wings with blue cheese dip and celery sticks.
