Cranberry Bread 蔓越莓麵包
Ingredients
Makes 8 servings
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
- 2 cups all purpose flour, plus more for pan
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/2 bag (6oz) fresh cranberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Butter and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk.
- Add wet mixture to dry mixture, and whisk to combine. Fold in cranberries.
- Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
