Cranberry Bread 蔓越莓麵包



Ingredients
Makes 8 servings

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted, plus more for pan
  • 2 cups all purpose flour, plus more for pan
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  • 3/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 bag (6oz) fresh cranberries


Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Butter and flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine butter, egg, and milk.
  5. Add wet mixture to dry mixture, and whisk to combine. Fold in cranberries.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan, and bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool in pan for 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
