Dumpling Wrapper Snack 餃子皮零嘴
This is an easy snack made with leftover round dumpling wrappers. Often when I make dumplings, I have some extra wrappers but no fillings left. All you need is cooking oil and salt. Everybody loves to munch on this crunchy snack.
Ingredients
Makes 4 servings
- 20 dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil for frying
- salt to taste
Method
- Cut the wrappers into triangular wedges.
- Heat up the oil in a frying pan over medium heat, and fry the wedges until golden brown.
- Sprinkle some salt and serve.
